Double Scrollbar manipulation !

Hello !

I have a main page and an iframe inside it, which mean 2 verticals scrollbars.
I want when i scroll the iframe scroll bar that the scroll bar of the main page scroll too automatically. This would prevent me scrolling each to view the content of the iframe.

Anyone have any ideas ?
