How to downloa remote xml and use it localy

Hi all. could any one show me how i can download a remote xml file every 15 seconds and use it locally. I have script that can not access remote xml so i want to download remote xml file but i do not khow how. could any one show me how this can be done.Thanks

As for doing it every 15 seconds, google "cron" or "crontab"
