border problem and text margin

I am having an issue with two thing in this setup. I need o indent the text and make the border the complete height of the element. If you visit the page you will see a stock box that contains a bunch of links to change the image to the left. I need the border on the right of the text to be from top to bottom and to have a margin on the right of the text. Give it some space from the border, clean the look up a little. I have tried many things to get both to occur and did not succeed any time. Please help. Thanks for the reply.
