Macromedia Fireworks dropdown menu overlapping question?

I have a dropdown menu that I created using Macromedia Fireworks where the dropdown menus are hiding behind the images underneath it. I’ve tried float:left, position:relative, position:absolute, etc, and nothing was working. Does anyone know a fix for this?

@ryanbutlerFeb 12.2007 — The only guess I might have is setting a high z-index on your Fireworks menu. A better solution is to either give us a page address or ditch the Fireworks menu with some which is better and more stable. Here's one choice:
