Intergrating Joomla into an exsisting site?

Hey-

Im working on my site [URL=”http://www.destination-abroad.com”]www.destination-abroad.com[/URL] and wanted to start using joomla. I was wondering if it was possible to even incorporate this into my existing site?

If it is possible, what does it require?

Is it simple enough that I could figure it out or would I be better how hiring someone to do it? If so, how much would that cost?
