Checking for disabled fields

Hi. I have a scenario, as a work-around, that requires me to check to see if a field is disabled. In particular, I need to check if a checkbox is disabled to create logic for the next page. Is this possible?

@KorFeb 06.2007 — Anyway, if a form's element is disabled, it will not be submitted with its name&value, no matter if it is checked or not... So that next page will have no data regarding those disabled elements. can you detail your aim a little bit?
