HTML Code for a link

Hi, There!

I was trying to make a link between and .mp3 file to an item I am selling in a new online store. I was told by tech support the only way I could really do it was to write html code in order to link the .mp3 file to something else. Okay – I only JUST learned that html did NOT stand for HOTMAIL!!! All kidding aside, I have floundered my way to making decent looking tables for sizing etc. but I have NO IDEA what they are talking about writing code for a link. Does anyone have any idea what they are talking about? I am trying to link individual tunes to different windchimes so you are able to hear what each one sounds like. They said I needed a code to add to the url of each tune prior to trying to make a link.
