Validation HELP!!!

I need some help with some validations:

  • 1. When debitcard is checked, ccnum and cvv should not be blank, but the validator should not try to validate routing or account

  • 2. When Check is checked, routing or account should not be blank, but the validator should not try to validate ccnum or cvv

  • 3. When joint is checked to make value “Yes”, the following should be validated: slname, sfname, smname, semail, sbanknum

  • 4. When joint is checked to make value “No”, the following should NOT be validated: slname, sfname, smname, semail, sbanknum

  • 5. I am also looking for an excellent email validator!!

    • Any help is greatly appreciated!! My source code is attached (I had to change the document type to .txt instead of .html) which flows into a PHP form!! If the PHP form is needed please let me know!!
