Padding-Top with Refresh vs. Hard Refresh

Yet another problem. Whew!

If you open the page and hard refresh (ctrl+shift+r in firefox or apple+shift+r in firefox mac), the page loads fine. If you do a regular refresh, however, it doesn’t… Any thoughts?

@HookedOnWinterauthorJan 24.2007 — also, it doesn't always work.. it's like the browser read the CSS, and sometimes displays it properly, sometimes doesn't.
