Image popup like template monster

Hi,
I need a tutorial or ready to use script that when mouse is over a thumbnail it will show the image in a popup and close it on mouse out. Something like template-monster.com , with preloader if possible. Thanx!

if you want preloading you can do this using css, for images to be shown, with display:none; then showed in a div when onmouseover event occur.

on the other side, this will slowdown the loading of the page
