securities in the browser for javascripts

Hi, actually I´m developing a website and I´m thinking add some javascript that can help to the users, for example some pop-up windows, but since recently version of almost all browser block the javascript I want to ask to you guys:

what scripts don´t use for websites anymore?

how can I communicate with the browser to don´t block authorized scripts, like the scripts of my website?

and my other question is:
the scripts validation for the webforms are blocked too?
where can I found scripts validation for textbox, checkbox, etc?

@TNOJan 08.2007 — JavaScript in general is NOT blocked in 90% of the cases. The only things that most browsers block are popups, cross-site scripts and JScript FSO access techniques. What code in particular is not working for you?

Depending upon what the script does and what the user's settings are, you can't. For example, if it was possible to just change the code to force popups, then what would be the use of a popup blocker?

I see no reason why your form validation scripts shouldn't work (assuming they are not using popups). You should probably just start with one item at a time and find out why it is not working and how to fix.
