Header/Navigation Alignment

I need some HTML help. This is my website, I got hosted but this is just where I started off at:

[URL=http://www.freewebs.com/lcnetwork/002.htm]http://www.freewebs.com/lcnetwork/002.htm[/URL]

On my computer, the site looks fine, but on other’s the site looks demented and off. It looks like [URL=http://i11.tinypic.com/2yxjb6q.png]this[/URL]. Notice how the navigation is completly off? Well, I’d like to get it so that it’s like [URL=http://i14.tinypic.com/4h37lvd.png]this[/URL]. But I have no idea how to do this. Can someone please help me?

@yodasw16Jan 05.2007 — Just a quick note. I have seen a lot of people on here asking for help with these pre-made layouts for fansites. The coding on them is horrible. Your best bet would be to read a tutorial and learn how to do it correctly yourself, because these pre-made things I keep seeing are just awful.
