Positioning in Firefox and IE

Hi,

I have an arrow that points to different things on a map.
I am using absolute positioning for the arrow. The positions for the arrow were determined in IE, and they are a little different in firefox. Given the nature of the use of this arrow, pointing to small things, this can’t be ok.
What should I do to remedy this?
