adding content and validation

Hi, I want to do this on my cv :Add a form at the bottom of the CV for adding new jobs.The form should contain company, position and date fields and a text area for the description. When the form is submitted it should be validated, if valid use JavaScript to dynamically add the new job to the top of the list of jobs.
However I would like the method to use this example to add jobs..
