pop up calendar

I need a simple pop up calendar through which user can choose date .Date can be before current date there should be no restriction.The format which i need is
dd mmm yyyy(06 Dec 2006).Calendar installation,configurataion should be very simple..It shoul be cross browser.What i find in net is not fulfill my requirement.

@felgallDec 06.2006 — #Are any of the scripts at http://javascript.about.com/od/dateandtimescripts/Guides_Date_and_Time_Scripts.htm close to what you are after. If one of them almost does what you want then I can easily amend it for you.
