Help with Loading Dynamic Pages into CSS and Iframe!

Here is my dilemma, I looked at the tutorial found here to base my structure on: http://www.brainjar.com/css/tabs/. I built a page here, http://triplefm.com/iframe_test2.html, however, I want to have one of the tabs load different pages while the other 3 load static pages. What I mean is if when a user click on menu items to the right (like on my page)different pages are loaded into the i-frame under Tab A and have the page names appear in the Text Area of the Tab, while the other tabs open the same page. Can this be done using the model I’ve used here? I am an intermediate programmer in Javascript, CSS, and Actionscript, and have already learned so much from you site. Thank you for posting it and I hope you can find time to reply. Thanks so much.

Also, on the tabs, I have played with the Z index so that the active tabs moves forward and retains the hover phase, and that is not working either…any and all help you can offer would be fantastic!

Thank You, Everyone!

@yellabuffDec 05.2006 — I replied to your previous post (Problems with CSS tabs and I-Frame). The main issue with the tabs remaining highlighted is you need css and js code in the page that loads in the iframe. See the previous post.

@ccarter1971authorDec 05.2006 — Ok...that is awesome! Thank you so much for your post!

1- Now, a few more questions. Lol! You said the CSS file needs to be posted as is. If I will be linking to an external css file, which is those attributes NEED to be there?

2-The first 2 tabs remain in the hover state when they are active, but the second and third do not...why?

3-Why isn't the Z-Index moving the active tab to the front, so it is actually "in front" of the I-frame border?

4-Is there a way that each of those windows can retain information so when they are clicked, and information you put in there will still be there when you click back? For instance, if I fill out a form field on New Dealers, when I click tab 3 (MSN) and leave New Dealers for a second, when I return to Tab 1 (if I do not navigate away in the first Tab), how can I ensure the information I typed will still be there? Would that be more of a php echo function or can I use javascript to handle it?

Yellabluff, you are a genius! Thank you so much!
