error during fucntion load

I am getting the follow error duing the function load:
A runtime error has occurred
Line: 43
Error: gender is null or not an object.

@Khalid_AliJul 16.2003 — you seem to be using an object "gender" that is not initialized as yet..make sure that there are no spelling mistakes(JS is case seinsitive)

and that Gender does exist.
