regular expressions question

i want to make a regular expressions which will chech that the typed passowrd continas the following :
a-z minimum 1
0- minimum 1
and a sing from : #! minimum 1
and how can i define if a certain order is a must or not?
for example :
ab9#65
and with certain order by the defined rules :
abz9532!!#
