Old versions of IE

All my valid xhtml sites work perfectly in IE 6 and 7 and firefox.
I tested them in ie 3,4 and 5 and 3 is a waste of time, 4 and 5 are almost ok.
Should I be bothered about this or does nobody use these versions any more?

@BonRougeDec 03.2006 — I think the point is that you're wasting your time testing on anything less than IE5 because nobody uses it/them; even with IE5, it's pretty much a waste of time testing there too.
