How can i do this?

Hello im very new to all of this and i really need some help with some HTML. Does anyone no where i can copy and paste some coding for the following. All i need is a text box on a page which will only allow 150 characters, the user then can select submit and what they wrote will be pasted on to another page underneath what someone else had previously posted. It only has to stay there for that time the user is on the page. Any help would be great thanks in advance. Im doing it in microsoft publisher,

@_Aerospace_Eng_Nov 29.2006 — This isn't going to be a "copy and paste" job. What you seem to be looking for is a guestbook.

www.hotscripts.com has some free ones but they require some installation. www.bravenet.com has some free ones as well that are already setup but require that you use them to host the guestbook.
