HTML Email Campaign Software Recommendation?

Hi there,

I need to create and send an HTML email , but need some advice. I’ve been searching the web for info, but keep coming up with the same kind of web-based email managers. I don’t think this is what I need.

My site already runs from a database where users can subscribe and unsubscribe, so I don’t need a mail manager for that feature.

I’m just looking for a program that can help bundle the HTML and text version of the email and then send it to the list in my database.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there some software I can buy that will do the job? Am I missing some component that the online mail managers offer? I’m not terribly advanced at programming, so I don’t want something too complex, but I’m not a novice either.

@mmendoauthorNov 21.2006 — I just found a program called GroupMail and another by Arial Software. Any thoughts on either?
