pull down menu

hello guys, does anyone know a javascript to make
a pull down menu across frame?
i mean like this, i have three frames
the upper frame is the site menu
the first bottom frame an image, the next frame is the main site
when the mouse over a menu, it pulls down a set of submenu that accross to the main site,
it’s more like <select> tag, like this:
