Javascript Calander

hi javascript Experts,

i am balamurali now i working in SAP. but i have one internal project for my company. they request me to do time sheet project. so i plant to do in HTML,JAVASCRIPT,JSP and SQL. my company request some particular format [B]here i attached that format[/B]. in that format we will see june 2006 and july 2006 in that calander now i select july 4th ie tuesday when i select that one i need to select whole week days ie july 2nd to july 8th there i can enter the time u will see in the next fig in attaced file. so anyone can help me please how to create calander or free download calander. then how can i select get whole week display in time sheet screen. please help me out then advanced thanks for your valuable answers.
