Hello,
I am looking into getting a book or books on Javascript (AJAX/DOM also interesting subjects) at an advanced level. It seems that 99.9% of the books out there really just try to teach you Javascript or how to build features that you can really search for and find much better methods on the web.
I already know javascript and I think I can pretty much brute force (at least) implement anything I need (provided it is possible). What I am really looking for is advice on how to write more efficient, more flexible, more portable, more secure, less error prone etc code.
Something along the lines of Meyers’ “Effective C++”.
Thank you
Yiannis
