Combos validation

I have 5 combos on a form that lists the same thing on all, but I need a JavaScript that allow the user selecting just one from the 5…

example: the combos lists the same names like: John, Paul, Peter..

but the user cannot submit the form if some name like John is selected on more than 1 combo…

Can you help me ?
