Looking for server side video editor

Hi all, I am looking for a script that will place a watermark (URL) on videos once they are uploaded to a Unix server. Resizing the video would be great too. Formats for video would be mpeg mpeg2 avi etc….not Flash. I am looking for either a ready made scrip/program or someone who is capable of creating this program. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
