Floating Boxes

Hi, I’ve been asking everybody I know for help, but no one seems to know the answer. If you could help, I’d really appreciate it.
I’m really impressed with the draggable, closeable floating boxes for content on [url]www.madonna.com[/url] and I’d like to learn how to do them.
I was referred by someone to look at this:

and I even contacted the author of that script, but got no response.

I’d like to know how I can make multiple boxes, instead of just one,
and I’d like for the box to come back up on refresh even if the user closed the box before.

I’ve been looking at the source code at madonna.com, but it doesn’t seem clear.
If anyone can help, I’d really, really appreciate it.
