i’m messing with changing the style of the scrollbars on my site now. it looks as though windows uses custom graphics for scrollbars and i was wondering if it was possible to use graphics instead of colors for scrollbars using css. does anyone know?
@DaveSWJul 11.2003 — #If I remember correctly the only way to do this is turn off the scrollbars and use custom javascript ones instead. However, this will not work for anyone with javascript disabled (13%).
