Trouble getting value from select

I’m trying to generate an address in the URL using Javascript. So far everything generated works great except the value in an HTML <Select>. Heres my code:

<select name=”PRIORITY_” onChange=”window.location= ‘http://localhost/wconnect/wc.dll?ebGate~EIS~~~~WISHLIST~#CONTROLID#~~~~~~PRI_‘+[color=red]document.frm1.PRIORITY_.value[/color]

<option value=”#2#” >Medium</option>
<option value=”#3#” >High</option>
</select>

It will create:
[url]http://localhost/wconnect/wc.dll?ebGate~EIS~~~~WISHLIST~[/url][color=green]_12fh32[/color]~~~~~~PRI_[color=green]ITEMID[/color]
-The value should be after ITEMID, but nothing is there
*Items in green are generated with our SS-language, and is correct.
*these <select statements are created dynamically, anything after a ‘_’ will be a unique ITEMID.
