[RESOLVED] clean-up syntax

I get the follwoing error message;

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /home2/flying/public_html/cart/phpCart_basket.php on line 56

The following PHP code is supposed to reveal an image from the database. The line that generate th error is bolded.

<[B]td class=”dividingborder”><? echo ‘<img src=”‘.$item[“picurl”].'” width=”100″ height=”100″ alt=”‘ . $item[“product”] . ‘ Image”; ?></td>[/B]

<td class=”dividingborder”><? echo $cur_symbol.””.number_format($item[“price”], 2, ‘.’, ”); ?></td>

@carlhOct 30.2006 — because you're starting an echo with a single quote and ending it with a double, it sees the closing semi-colon as part of a string
