Please Help me with my Simple Javascript Project.

Hi Javascript teachers, Can anyone really help me to solve this simple javascript project?

I really hope you’ll take some time to help me with this project. It is urgent for me.

There are a total of 12 links/pages I need to link to from a single javascript main page. The javascript main page consists of 2 combo boxes and 2 check boxes.

A user needs to trigger/choose “ONE” item from every “boxes” for him/her to proceed.

There are a total of 3 selections for the user in the javascript main page which are:

a) Select Report :
b) Select Type:
c) Select Continent :

The user needs to choose “one item” from “each combo box” and must be able to select “either one check boxes” in order to proceed to the selected page.

After selecting all the requirements he/she needs, the “Proceed Report” button will be enabled for the user to proceed.

There is a word document file which represents all the linking pages are linked from the javascript main page.
