[RESOLVED] Cross-client Mail Compatibility

I just completed a project for a client involving encoding MIME multipart emails:

The finished product worked great with my Outlook Express email client. Then, my client tried it with his email client (Eudora on MAC) and had several complaints about the results. So, as if having to be concerned with cross-browser compatibility wasn’t bad enough…

Where can one find information on creating multipart PHP mail output which is the most compatible with the most numbers of email clients?

@NogDogOct 26.2006 — I'm not sure about where to get the info, but I've had good luck using the PHPMailer class to handle things like email attachments, HTML and plain text content, etc. Perhaps you can ust use it, or else reverse engineer it if you just want to see how it handles those issues?
