Are we able to detect whether the user is dragging(not by the mouse wheel) or clicking on the browser scrollbar? As far as I know, the window.onscroll is able to detect the scroll action.
@KorOct 26.2006 — #you may use [B]onmousedown[/B] combined with [B]onscroll[/B]... What in fact is your need, after all? Whay to capture the event in that way?
