Help with scroll on Iframe

Can someone please please help.

I’ve been searching the world!!!

I’ve got a hyperlink to a iframe, I want it to got to the top of the page, but i can’t seem to make the “main” scroll bar to do it 😡

[url]www.buyleather.org/beta[/url] – if you click on something on the left hand side – you need to scroll down – you will know what i mean.

However, it has not done the trick.

It doesn't move the main scroll bar - i've attached a pic.
