CSS Dropdown is made but I wanted a Javascript one

Hi All,

I’m pretty much a javascript noob and am wondering why the drop down I made is in an inline style rather than a dropdown box style. I was trying to build a dropdown in javascript but it got turned into a css one. The reason I want this to work to be in Javascript is because I need it to work in IE.
