send attached file from html to mail client

Hi,

This is Ramesha.
Could you please help me to resolve below issues.

I have plain html file in which there is browse button where we can select file .

action of form tag contains

action=”MAILTO:[email protected]?subject=SDS demand form” method=”post” enctype=”multipart/form-data” name=”submit_form”>

In mail it should display attached file but it is displaying POSTDATA.ATT
instead of file what i have selected.
