preg_replace(‘//’,’\0′,$img)

i want to put images into textarea’s but textarea’s dont like character’s i think, if i use addslashes() it works but it also backslashes every other character as well like “. And i only need to backslash specific non compatible textarea characters ?

So i thought this would do it but it doesnt work, preg_replace(‘//’,’0′,$img) ?

@bokehOct 08.2006 — Why not just use str_replace for this? There doesn't seem a need for a regex here.
