Help needed in titlebar

Hi,
Is there a way to apply CSS on titlebar of the browser like scrollbar ?

@NogDogOct 06.2006 — To the best of my knowledge, no. The title bar is part of the browser application, not the HTML page (though it may extract your title text and include it in the title). If there is any way to affect it, it will be via a proprietary interface of some kind and nothing you can count on working in more than the specific browser for which that interface was implemented.

If it is a part of the browser you can only access it if the browser permits. Most browsers don't permit access to much outside of the web page and most of those that do also provide options to turn off web pages access to the browser chrome.

Changing such things will also annoy many web newbies who don't know where to find the option in their browser to turn off your access to overwrite their preferences with yours.

Are you not reading what people tell you? You can't style the title bar. You can make if have some annoying effects but thats about it.

Maybe you should explain what you mean by "styling" as what we think and what you think seem to be two totally different things.
