Get element at co-ordinates on page.

How can I get the element at co-ordinates on a page?

For example, if I were to specify the co ordinates for this page, say, 50, 50, it would proberbly return ‘img’, being the webdeveloper.com logo that’s approximatly 50px from the left, and 50px from the top of this web page.
