Working with video clips

I am looking to place some short video clips on a basic web page. The clips are ready, but what I would like to do is have the videos as thumbnails with a description next to each one and then when the user clicks the thumbnail that video plays in a larger window within the same web page. I see it on many sights like this and am not sure if it is javavscript (which I don’t know). I am using Dreamweaver 8, Flash 8 on PC. Looking for code that would create the above fuctionality.

Is this going to be accessed dynamically from a server or not?

@jangoauthorOct 31.2006 — No. what I would like is a static thumbnail that when the user clicks on it, it shows up on the bigger video screen on the same page and then the user can play it from there. These are short medical clips from our clients, so there may up to ten thumbnails with a description by them. The videos are uploaded to our webhosting server.
