Hover Menu’s (how?)

I’m not sure if this is CSS, but I’m fairly sure it is. On some pages, like BestBuy.com, if you roll your mouse over their links, a menu appears with more internal links. Move your mouse, and it dissapears. I’m wondering what the code is for this, or what it’s even called.

I recommend the Suckerfish Menu System. The two variants at positioniseverything.net have some extra benefits not found in the other variants.
