javascript equivalent to php range

I am relatively sure that javascript has an equivalent to php’s range.

This is a quote from the php manaul for range.
range() returns an array of elements from low to high, inclusive. If low > high, the sequence will be from high to low.
I need this for several different reasons. I am trying to determine if the scrollTop of a div is between 0 and 150. Also I need to see if the scrollTop is less then the scrollHeight by the range of 1 to 4..

Any suggestions would be great..

Thanks,
Tom

@FangSep 30.2006 — I can't see how an equivalent of range, which doesn't exist in JavaScript, would help you in this case.

Use if...else

Success!
