surpress Active Content bar in IE

hey gurus

i am making a popup window for an onload event.

but when i bring up the initial webpage i get that

Active content security bar…I have seen websites supress this..
making it never popup even though they still use js to popup a
window…how do you do this?

and easy ideas or code?

@mrhooSep 29.2006 — You can turn this off in your own machine, but the only way ypu can 'supress' it from your IE visitor's is to not load active content. Most people have IE set to trigger the bar for popup windows,activeX controls and java.

Of course, people with javascript turned off never see the bar.

and then i served it with IIS and doesnt even come up?
