Need a Live chat button for my website… please help

Hello…

On my website, I’m trying to put in a button that will allow my customers to see if any of our techs are online for questions and sales. Currently I am using [email][email protected][/email] and [email][email protected][/email]. My website is at 1&1. [url]www.lowtechhelp.com[/url]

Can anyone point me in the right direction or help me create a script so I can create this clickable and “status” button?
