Javascript-next link… from array

Hello,
I am trying to get a ‘next’ link to increment through an array.
Each element in an array is a picture url and I would like to have JS swap through the src of the image based on the next or previous link, but I don’t know about having a link ‘cycle’ through an array…any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
