Spi"n"al Tap Character Code

By that I mean actually an n with an umlaut. It is very uncommon but I am assured that this is actually a character in written language.

This article in wikipedia contains it in the Trivia section towards the bottom.

@ray326Sep 11.2006 — Well, they refer to it but they don't actually USE it. The only place I see it on the page is in graphic images.

@qasabahauthorSep 11.2006 — It doesn't look like a tilde though. It actually looks like an umlaut. I know there's something funny going on there because on my mac (Safari) it can't read the character.
