Creating a Background

I want to create a background on Corel Draw, the problem is that, this is what I want to do: I want to be able to use a logo image small and repeated on the background with transparency. Can I create a logo then minimize it, the repeate it? I really don’t know how to go about this dilemma. Any advice will can help.
