Numbers Only Function

I am looking for a function that will only allow the following characters in every textbox in my form:

0-9, decimal point and commas.

The form in question is a calculated worksheet so all values must be numeric. Is there a generic function that I could run onload or something that will only allow the characters above in the textboxes?
