external Javascript/PHP

Hi all,
i need urgent HELP,

My project is like this – i have lots of picture in my MYSQL db, and all those picture is going to blogger blog page.

[B]Simple : I’m providing picture to the blogger using External JAVASCRIPT.[/B]

as u see, if a blogger want our image, they will have below code to cut and paste on the thier blog templete.

this is my HTML cut and paste code:

but……., after i paste on my blog templete in blogger.com, it comes out several times!

i just want it to come out only one time (once)!

example : [url]http://www.tipfun.blogspot.com/[/url] — (it comes out several times in a page)

i need to come out with a solution where it detact when the picture is already call out once….., it will not execute again.

? Whats the solution? Can anyone tell me what technic should i applied? Or advised pls….
