IE 6 Default HTML editor

Hi all,
is it possible to change the text editor that fires up when viewing source? I’ve tried setting Internet Options – Programs – HTML editor to vim but it just ignores it. Ive also tried setting the default HTML editor in the registry with similar lack of response.

thanks

Guy

@KorSep 01.2006 — I guess you should try from the other end. Look in your Editor program if it has an option to become the IE's HTML editor.

Brilliant!

Next question, can I get Firefox to do the same?

many thanks
